Charter Career Academy is your go-to resource for Medical Assistant training. Whether you want to upskill current staff or find personnel already trained to be professional Medical Assistants, we may be able to help. Because it is easier to upskill current entry level talent than it is to find certified medical assistants, you may be able to identify several good candidates within your organization. Consider front-office workers who want to experience direct patient care. Or CNAs who want to become Medical Assistants. Ideally, our students are already your employees transitioning from one job within your organization to another. You already know who they are. You have already invested time and energy into them and you know that they could make great Medical Assistants. Yes! Classroom learning is fully online so it doesn’t interfere with their work or work hours. And as they work for you, you will find a natural progression of skills as they move from their current role into their next role within your company.

Students must be 18 years of age and have received a high school diploma or its equivalency.

The first attempt of the certification examination is included, but if a student fails to pass on the first attempt, additional attempts will be at the student’s expense.
